We're thrilled to now be welcoming Stuart Evans as Tenstar's new Customer Support / Product Specialist
We are strengthening our UK team with a Customer Support/Product Specialist; meet Stuart!
Stuart Evans will be supporting our customers with general operating issues as well as on-site visits to help install, setup and demonstrate our simulators. Stuart says that one of the most important aspects of the setup is to demonstrate how to achieve the full potential of the simulator and show that it’s far more than just how to pull levers.
Stuart has previously worked for the Construction Industry Training Board, where he came across the Tenstar simulator for the first time. ”I quickly realised that this was an absolutely fantastic way of educating and teaching people how to operate vehicles and heavy machinery in a totally safe, yet immersive way. I didn’t just want to operate and teach with these simulators, I wanted to get down to the nuts and bolts of how they work and to develop my career with this well-established company.”
Stuart believes that simulation-based training is the ultimate learning-by-doing experience, without the cost and risks of learning in the actual workplace. “Simulation is cost-effective as learners become more competent and job-ready with less training time than traditional on machine methods. The training is contextually relevant yet completely and physically safe.”
