Tenstar Simulation has a vision to change the world. We develop and sell simulation-based training tools for schools and training companies. With extensive exercise programs paired with professional hardware and life-like graphics, users train in realistic virtual training environments for agriculture, construction, transportation, traffic, and forestry. We are now expanding in the French market and therefor looking for a salesperson to join our sales team and represent and be our brand!


  • You will actively use our sales strategies and sales process along the customer´s journey- from first contact to deal and start up.
  • With the base in product knowledge, you will independently create solutions and quotations.
  • Your will be responsible for data maintenance in the CRM system.
  • You will be the customer´s first point of contact.
  • The role is field based, you will work from home and travelling will be a frequent part of this position.


  • Experience of at least 3-5 years in outreach sales with proven good results.
  • Comfortable in generating own appointments, creating and maintaining business relationships.
  • B2B field sales experience within the field of service, construction, transport, or agriculture. And/or experienced teacher/user in the operation within the mentioned fields.
  • Ability to locate, educate and develop relationships directly with end users e.g. colleges and universities.
  • Ability to work efficiently using a CRM system providing regular sales statistics to management.
  • Experience and/or knowledge about public procurement.
  • Speak English & French

  • You work independently but enjoy working in teams and have a good ability to collaborate.
