We are looking for an outgoing person with the ability to establish contact and develop good relationships. Our solution challenges old methods, which require you to be engaged with a strong conviction and willingness to think differently and challenge the established. We believe that you have a background in one or several of the following fields:

  • Machine operating
  • Driver’s education

Knowledge from industries such as construction, transport, traffic, and agriculture is always welcome at Tenstar.


  • Background within machine operating, driver’s education, or similar
  • Determined and hungry for challenges
  • Good relationship-building skills
  • Loves to do profitable business
  • Plans your time and work independently
  • Enjoys traveling (approximately half of your working hours)
  • Shares our philosophy of a “greener learning environment”

It is also an advantage if you:

  • Have worked with field sales
  • Have experience in public procurement

This position will be part of our Nordic sales team and you’ll report to the Nordic Sales Manager. We work according to thorough sales processes that require habit and structure in working in CRM systems. At the same time, we offer a position in which you can plan and carry out your own sales activities and shape your own exciting everyday life. The position includes sales responsibility on a national basis, and a significant travel activity must therefore be expected.
