We're thrilled to now be welcoming Jon Eilert Andersrød as Tenstar's new Area Sales Manager in Norway!
We have a new Area Sales Manager in Norway; meet Jon Eilert!
Jon Eilert Andersrød has worked with sales for more than 20 years and has previously sold tractors and agricultural machinery to Norwegian farmers and contractors. He has a small farm himself, where he grows grain and has some forest production.
He believes that structured working and listening to the customer's needs and giving them good follow-up is some of the key aspects that will lead to long-lasting customer relationships. Jon Eilert says: “I have great faith in Tenstar's products, and I wanted new challenges in sales. The Tenstar team develops and creates the best simulators, and I am happy to now be a part of this journey.”
Jon Eilert also shares his thoughts about simulator training: “Driving a simulator is a great way to start for beginners and those who need to practice difficult tasks, and the fact that it is safe and environmentally friendly is a big plus. It also gives our new drivers and machine operators a great start on their way to become skilled and confident in the jobs they will perform by learning things in the right order – this is a future-oriented way of conducting training.”
