Several machines in one simulator!

Tenstar Simulation offer the ability to combine several different machine types within the same simulator hardware providing the benefit of flexible and cost effective learning.
All our machines can be combined into one simulator station, offering a varied education criteria for the teacher. Switching between each machine takes minutes and does not require exchanging or switching contol levers.

Tenstar Simulation provide realism utilizing professional hardware together with life-like movement through our state-of-the-art fully user adjustable motion base unit.

Combinationsimulator

This is a groundbreaking feature in simulation as a training tool to prepare the student for the real interaction with other users.

This new function allows several users to work in the same environment promoting communication and teamwork. This adds a new layer of learning to simulation based training further preparing students for reality. It has been available on the forklift simulator, excavator and dump truck since last year and now we releases a dozer machine in the same envrionment.
An excavator, a dozer and two articulated dump trucks can now operate together in a real life work scenario. The excavator loads the articulated dump truck that then provides material for the dozer. The environment is fully dynamic and any modifications made to the ground by bucket or blade will affect the machines driving over it.

Tenstar Scoring System provides a score based on Safety, Quality and Economy. The reporting tool enables a follow up on the students’ progress and charts the improvements over a given period of time. The real time feedback provided via the scoring system to the learner, is vital in ensuring continued focused improvements are achieved in targeted key areas and a permanent record is logged on the system.

The points can then be used to see how a student performed in an exercise in each category. This means that students and teachers can see the student’s development over time and help identify areas where the student needs improvement. After an excercise, the student and the teacher can create a report to see the details of different metrics during exercise, for example, bucket height of the platform during loading or fuel consumption. The simulator stores various behaviors and actions the student makes during exercise and weights these metrics to get a score in each category. Various exercises have different metrics depending on the task being performed.

We look forward to seeing you at CONEXPO 2017

In connection with the world’s largest machinery exhibition ConExpo in Las Vegas, Tenstar launches a whole new layer of  training with Multi Machine Environment and Tenstar Scoring System.

Multi Machine Environment - MME
Tenstar Simulation has recently released MME (multi machine environment) allowing several machines to interact with each other in the same site environment.  Visit to our booth to witness the tracked 360 excavator, articulated dump truck and dozer working together in such an environment.
The MME introduces a whole new layer of training that is often difficult and very costly to replicate in real world conditions without high risk to the students during their learning period.

Dozer Simulator
We have recently released a brand new six way blade dozer simulator. This machine is available within our Multi Machine Environment and will also include individual exercises with a full scoring system report.

Features that provide realism
Tenstar Simulation provide realism utilizing with professional hardware together with life like movement through our state of the art fully user adjustable motion base unit.

Exercises with  focus on control and safety
Tenstar Simulation exercises are designed with a focus on control and safety. There are numerous tasks for the students ranging from pre start and maintenance checks and progressing to basic control and maneuvers culminating in more advanced operations such as use of tilt and rotate buckets and Laser/GPS machine Control systems.

Tenstar today offers a wide range of simulators for construction, transport and agricultural machines.
